The Problem
Companies pay for AI tools without knowing if they work
AI tool subscriptions — Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and dozens more — are expensive. But most companies have no visibility into who actually uses them, how much, or whether it leads to any real productivity. You're flying blind.
The result: you're either overpaying for seats nobody uses, or you're missing out on productivity because the right people aren't equipped. EffectiveAIModeration fixes this.

What It Does
Continuous, privacy-first AI usage monitoring
A lightweight background app runs on each machine. A small local AI model analyzes what's happening on screen — completely on-device — and evaluates AI tool usage patterns throughout the workday. Only aggregated metrics leave the machine.

Any Tool, Any Interface
Detects AI usage whether it happens in a browser, IDE, terminal, desktop app, or any other form — no integrations required.

Usage Intelligence
Tracks how much each person uses AI tools, how effectively, which specific tools they reach for, and whether it's for actual work.

Cloud Dashboard
Aggregated insights are sent to a central dashboard — giving you a clear, team-wide view of AI adoption and effectiveness.

On-Device Privacy
All screen analysis runs locally using a small on-device model. No raw screen data ever leaves the machine. Only aggregated metrics are shared.
